REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us at SIMPL Sales & Marketing, LLC (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy that is both fair and equitable for our customers and us alike.

Most of our content is either digital, print, or service based, therefore, a lengthy refund policy is not necessary. Refunds will be governed by the policy provisions below.

Where a lengthy refund policy is necessary for a specific offer that we make, a specific refund policy will be provided for that offer and shall supersede this policy.

POLICY PROVISIONS

ALL RETURNS & GUARANTEES: Any and all returns made in accordance with this policy shall not exceed the paid value of the goods or services purchased in the transaction. Under no circumstances will a refund be paid that exceeds the paid transaction amount. As it relates to refunds, transactions shall be treated individually and based on the offer that was made. Refund claims cannot be made on bonuses included in an offer, as bonuses are to be classified as a non-paid good or service. 

Receipts and/or paid invoice records for goods and/or services purchased directly from COMPANY. must be presented upon claim of return by the purchaser. No refunds will be authorized for purchases made through third parties. No refunds will be authorized for claims made by any individual or party that was not the original purchaser, unless authorized by a managing member of COMPANY, at the sole discretion of COMPANY.

BOOKS & CONTENT: Refunds on books, ebooks, audio books, and other written, audio, or video content will be provided on an as requested basis, and at the sole discretion of COMPANY. This is inclusive of pre-orders, pending orders, and orders awaiting delivery. To request a refund on a book, please email us at the email listed at the bottom of this page with a receipt and a reason that a refund is being requested. Refunds shall be granted at the sole discretion of COMPANY.

Where a refund or other guarantee has been advertised or otherwise promised in writing by an officer of COMPANY, the following provisions shall apply:

(i)Books will be refunded upon request, per the terms of the written guarantee offered.
(ii)Where service based promises have been offered as a part of a guarantee, the services will be satisfactorily delivered by COMPANY or their assigned service provider only if the following provisions are met, as determined at the sole discretion of COMPANY:
     (a)Evidence proving that you or your company has implemented the strategies shared with you in the book, and that reasonable effort has been made to achieve the outcomes intended.
     (b)Evidence proving that the instructions and methods have not worked for you or your business, and that the outcomes promised were not materially realized.

Upon submission of these items of evidence, an authorized representative of COMPANY shall review the material evidence provided and then make a determination of eligibility for the award of services.

WORKSHOPS, MASTERMINDS, MEMBERSHIPS, OR OTHER EVENTS: Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Workshops, Masterminds, or other events. No refunds will be provided to you, unless authorized by a managing member of COMPANY, at the sole discretion of COMPANY.

Where a refund or other guarantee has been advertised or otherwise promised in writing by an officer of COMPANY, the following provisions shall apply:

(i)Evidence proving completion of training, workshop, program, challenge, or other activity-based engagement must be provided in physical copy to COMPANY.
(ii)Evidence proving that you or your company has implemented the strategies shared with you, and that reasonable effort has been made to achieve the outcomes intended.
(iii)Evidence proving that the instructions and methods have not worked for you or your business, and that the outcomes promised were not materially realized.

Upon submission of these items of evidence, an authorized representative of COMPANY shall review the material evidence provided and then make a determination of eligibility for the award of a refund not to exceed the original sale price of the product or service in question. Refunds shall be granted at the sole discretion of COMPANY.


SERVICES: Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Services. No refunds will be provided to you, unless authorized by a managing member of COMPANY, at the sole discretion of COMPANY. 

In the event an advance deposit has been made for services to be rendered or deliverables to be realized, unused service hours or unrealized deliverables may be deducted from the amount of the advance deposit and returned to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall deductions made from a deposit exceed the original value of the deposit. All deductions from advance deposits shall be authorized by a managing member of COMPANY, at the sole discretion of COMPANY.
